Supervised Visit for Families

  • Intake Details

    Intake Interviews Weekday

    Total $280 ($140 per person)


    This one off payment includes:

    • Two separate one hour intake interviews conducted over the phone.  
    • Thoroughly read court orders.
    •  Intake forms and agreements. 
    • Conduct risk assessments for the pre-approved locations.
    • Organising maps for designated waiting bays (if required). 
    • Scheduling, coordinating visits and the staff.
    • Complimentary virtual meet and greet or 15 minutes prior to the first visit.

    Weekday $99 (per hour - 2 hour min)

    Saturday $109 (per hour - 3 hour min)

    Sunday $129 (per hour - 3 hour min)

    Public Holiday $165 (per hour - 3 hour min)


    Virtual Visits

    Virtual Visits Weekday $130 (up to 2 hours)

    Virtual Visits Weekend $170 (up to 2 hours)


    Comprehensive Report Writing (Mandatory For Every Visit)

    Base - $80 (up to 3 hours)

    Additional hour(s) - $10 (per hour)

  • Other things you need to know

    Max of 3 children per visit/changeover. Additional workers will need to be booked for additional children. Please note at times, depending on the circumstance, we may require 2 workers per 3 children.


    Please note all additional fees (during visitation), for example tolls, kms, parking, entry fees etc will be agreed upon prior to any booking with Supervised Contact Workers.


    For all supervised visits that require no face-to-face interaction between both parties: The paying party has an option to add 20 minutes handover time (10 minutes prior and after). If transportation is provided, the time of service will commence when the child/children are picked up and dropped off.

Supervised Changeovers For Families

  • Intake Details

    Intake Interviews Weekday

    Total $180 - ($90 per person)


    This one off payment includes:

    • Two separate 45 min intake interviews conducted over the phone. 
    • Thoroughly read court orders.
    • Intake forms and agreements.
    • Conducting a risk assessment for the pre-approved location. 
    • Organising maps for designated waiting bays (if required). 
    • Scheduling, coordinating changeover and the staff.

  • Rates

    Changeovers are conducted within 10 km from Lane Cove (Sydney) or Wollongong. If you require this service outside of these locations, a mileage of $2 per km will be incurred.

    Comprehensive Report Writing (Mandatory For Every Changeover)

    Any Day $30 (per changeover and changeback)

  • Intake Details

    Visitation Service, Changeover and Transport Service


    Please note no intake fee is required for any Case Worker/NGO Services.


    The Caseworkers Intake From below is to be completed for every service required.

  • Rates

    Supervised Visits

    Weekday $99 (per hour - 2 hour min)

    Saturday $109 (per hour - 3 hour min)

    Sunday $129 (per hour - 3 hour min)

Additional Service Rates

  • Face-to-Face Meet & Greet

    Weekday - $180

    Weekend - $220

  • Amendment to Service Agreement/New Court Orders

    (Reading of new orders and change of service)

  • Court Appearance

    For the entire duration needed at court - $88 per hour (min 3 hours)

  • Affidavit

    With Justice of Peace (JP) Signing - $130

    Without JP Signing - $75

  • Additional Administration

    This includes:

    • Work outside of booking arrangements

    Minimum rate - $75.00

We conduct an intake interview with both parties. We will also run through our service agreement and answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

Start Your Service

We will start the supervised visit and/or changeover at the agreed time and days.

Request Our Service

The Service Agreement & Service Request Form are sent to both parties. This can also be retrieved from the Form section. Once filled, you return this to us with your court orders/agreements attached. We will then be in touch to book your intake interview.

Intake Process

We conduct an intake interview with both parties separately over the phone. We will also run through your child/ren's needs and gather as much information to better understand your current situation. We will highlight our approach to supervision and answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

Confirmation Email

We will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your service, summary sheet, any entry and exit maps and designated worker profile. This will highlight their working with children's check number, qualification, experience and a bit about themselves.
